Transponder and Timing and Scoring Chief

Used to time cars as they pass timing line on race track.

The Transponder app is meant to be used as a low cost transponder. It notes the time of passing the start/finish line and the lap time is calculated. There is a corresponding T&S Chief (Timing and Scoring Chief) app used to display and export the lap times.
